A Finance Assistant is required to support the Finance Department with a primary focus on Accounts Payable and day-to-day financial operations. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role plays a key part in ensuring the delivery of an accurate, efficient, and well-organised accounting service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices through SAP B1 and Yooz
  • Managing supplier payments and reconciliations
  • Handling expense management via Concur
  • Supporting bank and corporate card reconciliations
  • Assisting with month-end reporting and audits
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Contributing to the improvement of financial controls and internal processes

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, previous experience in a finance or accounting role, and excellent organisational and communication abilities. Familiarity with SAP B1, Yooz, and Concur would be advantageous, alongside a proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
