We are seeking an experienced M&A-focused Solution / Enterprise Architect to support technology and business transformation across mergers, acquisitions, and integration initiatives. This role requires a balanced mix of technical depth, business transformation experience, and strong stakeholder engagement capability, with a focus on delivering measurable enterprise-level outcomes.

You will play a key role across due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger transformation, ensuring technology and operating models align to business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architecture and technology input across the M&A lifecycle (due diligence, Day 1 readiness, integration, optimisation)
  • Define target-state architectures aligned to business and operating model strategy
  • Assess and rationalise application, data, and integration landscapes
  • Shape integration strategies across acquired entities
  • Provide architectural governance and decision frameworks
  • Engage senior business and IT stakeholders to align on priorities and trade-offs
  • Support vendor and partner ecosystem decisions
  • Identify risks, synergies, and value opportunities in M&A scenarios
