We are seeking an experienced M&A-focused Solution / Enterprise Architect to support technology and business transformation across mergers, acquisitions, and integration initiatives. This role requires a balanced mix of technical depth, business transformation experience, and strong stakeholder engagement capability, with a focus on delivering measurable enterprise-level outcomes.
You will play a key role across due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger transformation, ensuring technology and operating models align to business value.
Key Responsibilities- Lead architecture and technology input across the M&A lifecycle (due diligence, Day 1 readiness, integration, optimisation)
- Define target-state architectures aligned to business and operating model strategy
- Assess and rationalise application, data, and integration landscapes
- Shape integration strategies across acquired entities
- Provide architectural governance and decision frameworks
- Engage senior business and IT stakeholders to align on priorities and trade-offs
- Support vendor and partner ecosystem decisions
- Identify risks, synergies, and value opportunities in M&A scenarios

- Strong understanding of M&A processes and post-merger integration
- Ability to align technology decisions to business value and ROI
- Technical & Architecture
- Broad solution/enterprise architecture expertise across applications, data, and integration
- Experience with data architecture and data modelling
