We’re now looking for a Contracts & Compliance Administrator to join our team and help ensure our contract and compliance processes run smoothly, accurately, and in line with legislation.

The Role
As a Contracts & Compliance Administrator, you’ll support the end-to-end management of contracts and compliance activity across the business. You’ll be responsible for:
- Drafting and maintaining contracts, ensuring full compliance for contractor placements
- Keeping systems accurate and up to date
- Providing responsive support to internal stakeholders and contractors
What You’ll Be Doing
Contract Management
- Drafting, reviewing, and issuing contracts for new placements, extensions, amendments, split margin and margin-only contracts, and permanent client terms
- Maintaining permanent terms and ensuring accurate, accessible records
- Processing contractor terminations in line with company procedures
- Maintaining complete and accurate contract histories within in-house systems
Compliance & Governance
- Ensuring all contractor placements meet compliance requirements, including onboarding and screening
- Managing Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) requirements and related queries
- Enforcing company compliance policies (including offshore restrictions, credit checks, and limited company changes)
- Validating contracts to ensure payroll and billing accuracy
- Responding promptly and professionally to compliance queries
- Producing and following up on key reports (e.g. New Starters, Missing Contracts, Missing Timesheets)
Systems & Records
- Maintaining placement records and documentation in line with audit and compliance standards
- Keeping internal systems fully updated with contracts, amendments, and histories
Stakeholder Support
- Providing clear, practical advice to colleagues, contractors, and clients on contractual and compliance matters
- Building strong working relationships across the business
Who are you?
- Experience in contracts administration, compliance, or a similar role (recruitment or professional services experience is beneficial)
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confidence interpreting and applying contractual terms and compliance requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using contract management systems (CMS, TIFO, or similar) is an advantage
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
