Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Mon- Fri
Change Managers typically work with a Lead Change Manager on large programmes ('C' types), or may work independently on large projects ('B' types) involving significant organisational or transformational change.
Responsibilities:
- Design and plan the change management (CM) interventions required to successfully embed the change.
- Support the change impact assessment against the intended TOM/blueprint.
Client is not looking for too senior or director level.
Essential Skills:
- Relevant qualification, such as Change Management Institute (ACMF – Accredited Change Manager Foundation), MSP Practitioner, APMG Change Management, Prosci ADKAR Model, or equivalent.
- Fully proficient at planning, risk and dependency management.
- Has contributed to at least three change programmes of significant length, each with a budget of £5m+ and significant impact across multiple business areas.
- Experience of facilitating change for programmes requiring TUPE and employment issues.
- Proven experience managing, implementing, facilitating, and monitoring change across large-scale transformational programmes.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and concepts, with the ability to advise on best-practice approaches to business change.
- Good understanding of benefits management, with a demonstrable, structured approach.
