Description

We're looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer/Architect to help us design and deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions across our business. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, and confident working closely with product, business, and dev teams to shape solutions that are not only well-built but also future-proof and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions (Service Cloud focus)
  • Lead technical delivery and drive best practices across Apex, Flows, LWC, and integrations
  • Collaborate with admins, product managers, and BAs to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
  • Support CI/CD process (GitHub, Jenkins) and maintain development standards
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members
  • Ensure integration and data flows with third-party platforms (e.g., Zuora, Adobe, external APIs)

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and API integration skills
  • Experience designing scalable architecture and optimising performance
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, permissions, and platform limitations
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tooling – GitHub + Jenkins
  • Able to work cross-functionally and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Zuora or other subscription billing platforms
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Dev I/II, App Builder, Architect certs)
  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams
