Key responsibilities:
- Supporting workplace investigation cases
- Accurate note-taking during investigation meetings
- Managing and tracking cases through a case management system
- Coordinating with HR, Legal, investigators, and global stakeholders
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with empathy and professionalism
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Safeguarding role, HR, employee relations, legal support, investigations, or coordination roles
- Strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills
- Excellent written English skills
- Additional European languages (French, German, Polish, or Spanish) are a plus
