As part of our continued growth, our Leeds office is expanding and we’re looking for a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our UKI Tech Specialisms practice, specialising in Cloud / DevOps contract recruitment. You’ll take ownership of a warm desk and play a key role in scaling this high-demand market across the UKI.

What will you be doing?

  • You’ll join a passionate, high-performing tech recruitment team based in our Leeds city centre office, specialising in Cloud / DevOps recruitment within the Contract market.
  • Build on a warm contract desk with existing clients, candidates and live requirements with genuine untapped potential.
  • Lead and drive new business development across the UK & Ireland, owning your market.
  • Partner with clients across Cloud transformation, DevOps, Platform Engineering and modern infrastructure programmes.
  • Manage fast-paced contract delivery while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with our network of specialist consultants and leaders to maximise delivery, share knowledge and grow strategically.
  • Play a key role in the continued growth of the Leeds team, supporting and mentoring others as the practice scales.
