We're supporting a major access control programme and are looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a project, combining operational support with project coordination responsibilities as the programme develops.
The Opportunity
Initially, you'll focus on supporting a large-scale operational roll out, helping manage access for thousands of employees. As the programme progresses, you'll take on broader project coordination responsibilities supporting deployments across multiple locations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing employee access information
- Maintaining records within access control systems
- Managing large user database
- Supporting roll out activities across the business
- Tracking project activities and progress
- Providing project updates and status reports
- Coordinating stakeholders, engineers and deployment teams
What We're Looking For
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Methodical and logical approach to tasks
- Comfortable following processes and managing high-volume administrative tasks
- Strong experience using the Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to get stuck in
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
