Harvey Nash is delighted to be supporting a leading financial services client of ours with the recruitment of a D365 & Power Platform Developer, to help shape the recently formed Power Platform function. You will be joining a small team and help shape best practice across multiple platforms in this greenfield function. Looking for someone to come in and support the build, configuration, and enhancement of Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing, configuring, and enhancing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, as well as developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
  • Producing technical documentation, automation catalogues, and detailed solution designs.
  • Assessing operational requirements and converting them into clear, scalable technical solutions.
  • Supporting testing activities, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to overall problem resolution.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders - including senior developers and subject matter experts - to ensure adherence to best-practice development standards.
  • Taking an active role in Agile ceremonies, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Assisting with integrations between Dynamics and other Microsoft or third-party systems.
About You
  • Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong proficiency in building solutions on the Power Platform, including model-driven and canvas Power Apps.
  • Solid capability in developing Power Automate flows, including integrations, approvals, and automated business processes.
  • Good understanding of process design, workflow logic, and automation principles.
  • Early experience with C#, JavaScript, Dataverse, or Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments, including participation in Agile ceremonies and Waterfall project meetings.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications (desirable).
  • Understanding of financial services processes and regulatory frameworks (desirable).
  • Familiarity with using Dynamics 365 Copilot to enhance CRM processes (desirable).
