The Opportunity
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Developer to join a newly established Power Platform function within a growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a greenfield environment, helping to define best practice and shape platform standards from the ground up. You will work as part of a small, collaborative team delivering scalable, process-driven solutions across Dynamics 365 CRM and the wider Power Platform ecosystem. The role offers strong development exposure, including building and enhancing model-driven and canvas apps, developing automated workflows, and contributing to intelligent automation initiatives using Copilot Studio and emerging AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Develop model-driven and canvas Power Apps
- Create and maintain Power Automate flows (approvals, integrations, automated processes)
- Support the development of AI-driven and agentic automation capabilities
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders and change teams
- Contribute to platform standards and development best practice
You will engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong Power Platform development experience (Power Apps & Power Automate)
- Understanding of workflow design, automation concepts and business process modelling
- Working knowledge of C#, JavaScript, Dataverse and/or Microsoft cloud technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desirable
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications
- Experience within financial services or regulated environments
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 Copilot and AI-enhanced CRM capabilities
