I'm working with a growing digital consultancy who are looking to bring in a Lead Mobile Developer to join their engineering team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be leading the design and delivery of mobile applications across a range of client projects, working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders. It's a good fit if you enjoy being close to the tech while also mentoring others and shaping how things are built.
Tech Stack required experience:
- Native mobile development (Swift / Kotlin)
- Strong architecture experience (MVVM, Clean Architecture etc.)
- Experience leading or mentoring other engineers
- Comfortable working in a client-facing / consultancy environment
- Any cross-platform exposure (Flutter, Dart etc.) is a bonus
