Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Education (with a STEM focus), or a related discipline.
- 5-10+ years of experience as a teacher, professor, or educator in a K-12 or higher education setting, with a focus on STEM subjects.
- Deep understanding of pedagogical principles and best practices for STEM education.
- Strong knowledge of STEM curriculum and educational standards (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, NCERT, Cambridge, IB, IGCSE).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate the quality and accuracy of information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience developing educational content for online learning platforms or digital tools.
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI concepts.
- Experience with data annotation or labeling.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
