Lancaster University is initiating an ambitious programme to implement a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. This multi-year strategic initiative is reshaping the design, delivery, and management of undergraduate and postgraduate education to ensure a distinctive, inclusive, and future-ready offering. The successful candidate will be able to shape and elevate the University's entire CRM capability. You will support the development and delivery of a complex, high-impact digital and systems change in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Information System Services (ISS) is looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, confident, and driven Business Transformation Manager to take on a crucial role in this significant programme. This is a fixed-term role lasting until 31st July 2027.
This role will primarily be based at the Lancaster University Bailrigg campus, with flexible hybrid working options available to support a healthy work-life balance. A minimum of two days per week in the office is expected.
- Implement CRM Platform - Implement 'Salesforce' to bring together student enquiries, applications, engagement and provide ongoing support.
- Build a holistic view of every student - Provide students with personalised communication, support and drive their motivation to thrive at Lancaster University.
This isn't just a 'tech upgrade', this will improve student engagement, boost operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making! This programme will give the University and students clarity, efficiency and engagement power in an increasingly competitive sector.
