We are seeking a Junior IT Project Manager for a leading customer based in Central London on a contract basis. The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for supporting Senior Project Managers both internally and externally, facilitating project planning and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, delivery, and closure of IT projects
- Ability to support a Senior Project Management team with project delivery
- Maintain project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and action logs
- Coordinate tasks across technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Track progress and prepare regular status reports
- Organise and document project meetings and actions
- Assist with requirements gathering, change tracking, and UAT activities
- Maintain accurate project documentation and follow governance standards
- Use project and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Confluence)
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proactively identify issues and escalate when required
