A highly prestigious law firm in the south of England are currently looking to onboard a new IT Director to lead the firm through an exciting period of transition. The Director will have line management responsibility of every member of the IT team, reporting directly to the board.
High level responsibilities
- Line management and oversight of every member of the IT department
- Budget holding responsibilities
- Strategic oversight of the full IT department
- Oversight and responsibility for ensuring the effective coordination of IT training to all fee-earning users across the firm
- Development of the case management system
- Responsibility for managing third party suppliers including negotiating costs and vendor management in order to ensure good value for the firm
- Responsibility for ongoing maintenance and general oversight of document management system and practice management system to ensure smooth running for the fee earners
