We are hiring an Integration Delivery Manager for our Oracle HCM Programme. Our client is driving a digital HR transformation across their energy businesses. We’re seeking an experienced Integration Delivery Manager to support the Oracle HCM Cloud Programme, ensuring seamless delivery across third-party systems and business units.
What you’ll do:
- Lead third-party coordination for integration design, validation, and testing activities.
- Support HR, IT, SI Partners, and application providers to streamline HR operations.
- Enable end-to-end integration of payroll systems with regulatory compliance in mind.
- Work alongside the Integration Delivery Lead on SCRUM boards (Azure DevOps) and risk assurance.
Experience you’ll need:
- 5+ years as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, with Agile/Waterfall delivery experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR business processes and corporate shared services transformation.
- Deep understanding of Oracle HCM SaaS (3+ years); Oracle E-Business (12.2.9) a plus.
- Experience working on integration projects.
