Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of IT Contracts Manager, a six month contract hybrid to Reading (fortnightly visits). Inside of IR35/Umbrella only £500 - £550.

This is a £50m+ programme involving the management of multiple IT supplier contracts for a complex technology programme. We require a contract manager to help strengthen commercial and contract governance. The role will support in supplier management, including conducting formal service and contract reviews, monitoring performance, milestones and deliverables.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Managing requests for payment, disputes, and escalations.
  • Chairing and facilitating monthly service review meetings with suppliers.
  • Acting as a central point for capturing and managing feedback from internal stakeholders, such as Service Delivery Leads.
  • Reviewing and assuring supplier obligations and commitments in line with contractual terms, scope, outcomes, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Managing contract variations, changes, and formal change requests.

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior internal and external stakeholders.
