Title: Intellectual Property Paralegal Duration : 4 months Contract Location : London Mode : Hybrid (2 days to office) The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm.
This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized.
Roles & Responsibility Drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements including license and distribution agreements and supporting documentation, including term sheets, amendments sale and purchase agreements, notice letters and non-disclosure agreements.
Creating and maintaining deal summaries and assisting with contract reviews to respond to day-to-day business queries.
General commercial legal work, legal research, and support on major projects Experience with Intellectual Property law is a must Handling multiple tasks with exposure to a wide range of business issues, within the support of an experienced legal team.
