A leading consultancy is expanding its ServiceNow practice and is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect, ideally holding the highly sought-after ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification. You will work in a fully client-facing capacity, partnering with multiple enterprise clients to shape, design, and deliver complex ServiceNow solutions that underpin large-scale digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the end-to-end technical architecture of ServiceNow implementations across multiple clients and sectors.
- Translating business challenges into scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
- Providing architectural governance, solution assurance, and design authority throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Requirements:
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect within consultancy or complex multi-client environments.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, integrations, CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, or other major modules.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to work across multiple accounts simultaneously.
