A leading international bank is seeking an HR Assistant to support Learning & Development, HR analytics, employee relations, employee engagement, and wider HR operations within a regulated financial services environment. This is a 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extension, based onsite in Central London (5 days per week).
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' HR experience within banking, financial services, or another regulated industry, alongside strong data analysis and reporting capabilities. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data reconciliation, and dashboard creation, are essential.
This role offers broad exposure across multiple HR functions and would suit a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and experience handling confidential employee information.
