Contract Length: 5 Weeks

Location: Bradford, BD5 8LJ (Fully Onsite 5 days a week)

Hourly Pay rate offered: £17/Hour, inside IR35 via PAYE - 35 hours per week

Client: Govt. Organisation

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scanning historic paper-based employee/HR files
  • Uploading and archiving documents into secure digital systems
  • Handling confidential HR records in line with data protection/GDPR requirements
  • Saving, organising, and securely shredding sensitive documentation where appropriate
  • Supporting a highly process-driven administrative workflow

What we are looking for:

The work is relatively generalist and process-driven and would suit candidates comfortable with handling confidential information accurately and at pace. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information efficiently are important for this position.
