HR Business Advisor / Senior HR Advisor | Glasgow | 12-Month Contract
I'm currently looking for an experienced HR Business Advisor / Senior HR Advisor for a 12-month contract opportunity with a leading global organisation in Glasgow.
This is a hands-on HR advisory role supporting managers, employees and HR Business Partner teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice across employee relations matters
- Support performance management and absence cases
- Manage Occupational Health cases
- Coach and advise managers
- Support HR Business Partners on key HR initiatives
- Assist with recruitment and employee-related projects
- Provide HR reporting and data analysis
- Support change and continuous improvement activity
- 3–4+ years of HR Generalist, HR Advisor or HRBP experience
- Strong HR advisory and employee relations experience
- Experience with performance management and absence
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Financial Services or Professional Services experience is preferred, but transferable experience from other large/global organisations will be considered
- Comfortable using HR systems/HRIS
Glasgow – 4 days per week in office
