We are seeking a Cloud Service Delivery Analyst to support the ongoing operational management and optimisation of cloud services across a large-scale enterprise environment. This role focuses on service performance, governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring cloud platforms are stable, secure, and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day service delivery of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Monitor and report on service performance, availability, and SLAs/OLAs
  • Act as a key point of contact between cloud engineering, service management, and business stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain incident, problem, and change processes in line with ITIL
  • Produce regular service reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics
  • Track and manage service risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
  • Support supplier/vendor management, ensuring contractual service commitments are met
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across cloud services
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance frameworks

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Service Delivery Analyst / Service Management / IT Operations role
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) in a live service environment
  • Experience working within ITIL-based service management frameworks
  • Ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, and service reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
