We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a leading international glass and metal packaging business headquartered in Paddington, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and adaptable professional who enjoys a varied role, combining Executive Assistant support with office management, facilities coordination, and workplace experience responsibilities.

You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy corporate office while providing high-level support to senior leadership when required. Working within a fast-paced international environment, you will act as a central point of contact for colleagues, visitors, suppliers, and stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including facilities coordination and supplier management.
  • Provide front-of-house support and act as a key point of contact for visitors and employees.
  • Coordinate workplace initiatives, including sustainability programmes, social events, and charity activities.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including managing associated expenses.
  • Organise meetings, conferences, and internal events.
  • Liaise with a global network of Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, and senior stakeholders.
  • Provide Executive Assistant support to leadership teams as required.
  • Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate schedules, prioritise conflicting demands, and resolve diary challenges.
  • Prepare meeting materials and ensure meetings run smoothly.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Required Experience
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant within a fast-paced and/or international environment.
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Background in office management, facilities management, or workplace operations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to take ownership of responsibilities.
