Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Programme Support Analyst (Outsourcing). Contract running until end of October Outside of IR35, fully remote. Daily rate of £250 - £345 a day - depending on experience.

Support the delivery of a complex outsourcing programme by coordinating documentation, managing document control, and contributing to service schedules and contractual deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate creation and maintenance of Service Description Schedules and contract documentation
- Track document progress, approvals, and version control across multiple workstreams
- Maintain document registers, trackers, and governance logs
- Liaise with legal, procurement, commercial, and technical stakeholders
- Identify and flag risks, delays, and dependencies
Essential
- Experience in outsourcing, procurement, or large transformation programmes
- Familiarity with document management tools (e.g. SharePoint)
- Understanding of contracts or managed services documentation
