Job Duration: Contract (3 months – possible extension) Location: London, UK(Hybrid) Description We're looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer/ Architect to help us design and deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions across our business. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, and confident working closely with product, business, and dev teams to shape solutions that are not only well-built but also future-proof and efficient. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions ( Service Cloud focus ) Lead technical delivery and drive best practices across Apex, Flows, LWC, and integrations Collaborate with admins, product managers, and BAs to translate business requirements into scalable solutions Support CI/CD process (GitHub, Jenkins) and maintain development standards Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members Ensure integration and data flows with third-party platforms (e.g., Zuora, Adobe, external APIs) Required Skills: ~5+ years of Salesforce development experience ~ Strong Apex , Lightning Web Components , Flows, and API integration skills ~ Experience designing scalable architecture and optimising performance ~ Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, permissions, and platform limitations ~ Familiarity with CI/CD tooling – GitHub + Jenkins ~ Able to work cross-functionally and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have: Experience with Zuora or other subscription billing platforms Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Dev I/II, App Builder, Architect certs) Experience working in Agile delivery teams
