We're looking for a Data-Focused Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data products that drive business value. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology, requiring someone who can translate complex requirements into clear priorities while working closely with engineering, analytics, and stakeholder groups.
You'll be responsible for shaping product vision, aligning stakeholders, prioritising opportunities, and ensuring data products deliver measurable outcomes for users and the organisation.
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products and platforms.
- Partner with Data Engineers, Architects, Analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver valuable data-led solutions.
- Champion data quality, governance, and best practices across the product lifecycle.
- Strong background in data engineering, data platforms, or data products.
- Experience designing and building data warehouses.
- Good understanding of data architecture and data modelling.
- Knowledge of data governance, including data quality, standards, and data certification.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience working within, or delivering digital products and services for, the UK public sector.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale data products or platforms.
- Strong understanding of how data can be leveraged to solve business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Experience working with modern cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Exposure to analytics, business intelligence, AI, or machine learning products.
