Reporting to Business Analysis Manager, a well established delivery management software provider is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support ongoing technology projects that drive ecommerce delivery solutions. The team focuses on continuous improvement, collaboration and delivering high quality software in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work with project teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and customer drivers
- Elicit functional, process and system requirements including user interfaces and API integrations
- Document requirements as user stories with clear acceptance criteria in Gherkin format
- Create process diagrams and wireframes to support delivery
- Present completed work in reviews with internal and external stakeholders
- Support training and act as the link between development teams and clients
- Analyse business challenges to support effective decision making
- Use JIRA to define stories, derive tasks and monitor progress
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong background in Agile delivery and the SCRUM framework
- Ability to document requirements for digital platforms such as websites and internal systems
- Confident communicator who can adapt to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with API based systems and integration projects
- Ability to analyse and document complex business processes
