We're looking for a motivated, commercially minded Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key customers, including 3PL providers and major enterprise clients. This is a varied role that brings together Account Management, Customer Success, and sales. You'll work closely with customers after go-live, helping them get the most value from our technology while spotting opportunities to grow accounts and build stronger relationships.
You'll be the voice of the customer internally, partnering with teams across Product, Customer Operations, Onboarding, and Project Delivery to make sure customers have a great experience and continue to see real value from our solutions.
Key skills and responsibilities:- Build, manage, and grow relationships with key 3PL and strategic customers following implementation.
- Lead regular customer reviews, progress meetings, and commercial discussions to drive adoption, engagement, and long-term success.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer objectives, challenges, and market trends to support retention and account growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Manage your sales pipeline and drive commercial opportunities within your account portfolio.
- Work towards achieving revenue and growth targets agreed with the Sales Director.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring feedback is shared and considered in future product and service development.
- Build expertise in the 3PL sector and the company's solutions to confidently advise customers and stakeholders.
- Turn customer insights into actionable recommendations, improvements, and business opportunities.
- Partner closely with the Onboarding team to support customers through their early stages and uncover future growth opportunities.
