Are you a hands-on ServiceNow expert who thrives at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and delivery? We are partnering with a leading global Consultancy to find a ServiceNow Architect who can own engagements from initial client conversations through to successful implementation and beyond.

We are looking for someone who can shape, build, and deliver - someone equally comfortable running client workshops, defining architecture, and rolling up their sleeves to develop on the platform. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering transformational ServiceNow programmes for enterprise clients. You will lead from the front, translating business challenges into scalable solutions, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across the full lifecycle.

You will be trusted as both a technical authority and client advisor, helping organisations maximise the value of their ServiceNow investment.

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow engagements from discovery through to delivery and optimisation
  • Define solution architecture aligned to best practices and business outcomes
  • Take a hands-on role in development and configuration where required
  • Drive governance, quality assurance, and successful project execution
  • Advise clients on ServiceNow roadmaps and platform strategy
  • Support user adoption, testing, and change management initiatives

Strong, demonstrable experience across the ServiceNow platform in both architecture and development is essential. Proven ability to lead full lifecycle implementations independently is required. A deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, design patterns, and platform capabilities is necessary.

GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) ServiceNow CIS certifications are essential, with multiple preferred. CTA (Certified Technical Architect) is highly desirable but not required.

Work with a globally recognised consultancy on high-impact transformation programmes. This is an opportunity to take true ownership of architecture and delivery, with access to complex, enterprise-scale projects across industries.

If you are ready to take the lead on meaningful ServiceNow transformations and work at the forefront of enterprise technology delivery, we would love to hear from you.
