- We are seeking an experienced
Project Support Analyst to provide PMO and project support to one of Harvey Nash's public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day PMO and project administration support.
Coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation and manage project data.
Support reporting, governance activities, risks, issues and action tracking.
Assist with communications and change management activities.
Ensure compliance with information management and data protection procedures.
Build effective relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in a PMO, Project Support or Project Coordinator role.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills.
Experience managing multiple priorities across projects or programmes.
Understanding of information governance and data management requirements.
Ability to work proactively, independently and at pace.
