We're looking for a HR People Partner to provide hands-on support in a fast-paced environment, focusing on employee relations and case management. This is an 8 week temporary role with a prorated salary of £37,694. It is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days onsite in Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on employee relations matters (conduct, grievance, absence, performance)
  • Support full case management life cycle (investigation to appeal)
  • Assist with investigations, evidence review, and reporting
  • Ensure consistent policy application and minimise risk
  • Work with stakeholders and Trade Unions

Requirements:

  • Strong HR generalist background with an employee relations focus
  • Solid UK employment law knowledge
  • Experience working with Trade Unions
  • Confident, organised, and able to work at pace
