Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Executive Assistant, a 3-month initial contract. Edinburgh location - up to 4 days a week onsite Inside of IR35 - £200 - £250 a day depending on experience.

Supporting a senior stakeholder within a public sector organisation. This includes:

  • Complex diary management
  • Internal and external customer and stakeholder handling
  • Travel arrangements
  • Full administrative support

Key Experience:

  • Proven experience of supporting an Executive at Board or senior level ideally gained in a fast paced / agile environment
  • Experience of working with senior staff and key influencers
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High level interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to prioritise well, align competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines in a high-pressured environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work across teams and office functions
  • Confident and capable dealing with senior stakeholders across the organisation
