Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Fixed-Term Contract)
We're recruiting for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a major infrastructure transformation programme.
This role is ideal for a hands-on infrastructure professional who enjoys delivering complex projects and driving technology improvements. You'll play a key role in the migration to a new infrastructure platform, supporting storage, virtualisation, server, and cloud technologies while ensuring critical business systems remain secure, stable, and resilient.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of a large-scale infrastructure migration programme
Lead infrastructure upgrades and modernisation initiatives
Manage and optimise storage and SAN environments
Support VMware, Windows Server, Azure, and hybrid infrastructure technologies
Ensure business-critical systems are secure, resilient, and high-performing
Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver project milestones

What We're Looking For
Strong infrastructure engineering experience within complex environments
Proven experience delivering infrastructure migrations or upgrade projects
Expertise across VMware and Microsoft technologies
Experience working with SAN and storage platforms
Azure and hybrid cloud exposure
Strong troubleshooting, planning, and stakeholder management skills
