Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Executive Assistant, a 3-month initial contract. Edinburgh location - up to 4 days a week onsite. Inside of IR35 - £200 - £250 a day depending on experience.
Supporting a senior stakeholder within a public sector organisation. This includes complex diary management, internal and external customer and stakeholder handling, travel arrangements and full administrative support.
Key Experience:
- Proven experience of supporting an Executive at Board or senior level ideally gained in a fast paced / agile environment.
- Experience of working with senior staff and key influencers.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High level interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to prioritise well, align competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines in a high-pressured environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work across teams and office functions.
- Confident and capable dealing with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
