Salary: NJC 22-25 – £32,654 – £35,235 (FTE) – £28,681 – £30,948 (Actual Salary) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits Hours: 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year Contract: Permanent Start date: February/March 2025 Lead the Way in Data Excellence – Driving Student Success Through Effective Data Management We\’re looking for a skilled data manager to join our dedicated team at Kingswood Academy Skills we are looking for in this role: Data Analysis and Interpretation: The ability to analyse large data, extract meaningful insights, and present them in a clear and actionable manner. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in database management systems (e.g. Arbor), and data visualisation tools. Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: The ability to address data challenges, optimize processes, and make informed decisions that drive organisational success.
