About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Engineer to join a high-impact marketing team supporting across the EMEA region. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, creativity, and marketing, and focuses on building, maintaining, and scaling technical solutions that enable the creation of high-volume creative assets for paid advertising. As the sole technical contributor within the team, you will work closely with designers and creative stakeholders to prototype experiments, develop internal tools, and streamline workflows that support customer acquisition at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain internal tools used by a small creative team to generate and manage creative content at scale
- Write code and prototype creative experiments in collaboration with designers and the wider creative team
- Support designers by enabling automation, operations, and scalable asset delivery processes
- Respond to ad-hoc creative requests and iterate quickly on solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain existing tools, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability
- Build and improve workflows that increase efficiency and streamline creative production
- Capture requirements, independently solve problems, and interact closely with stakeholders across the team
- Apply AI and machine learning models to develop innovative creative solutions, particularly for marketing use cases
