I’m looking for a 1st Level Service Desk Engineer to join a fast-paced managed services environment. This business offers excellent training and development opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing 1st level support for end users
- Handling incidents, service requests, and escalations via phone and ticketing systems
- Delivering excellent customer service with clear, non-technical communication
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, virtualisation, and security tools
- Documenting processes and sharing knowledge across the team
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in an MSP service desk environment (essential)
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP
- Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and VPNs
- Experience with PSA/RMM tools
