  • Taking ownership of our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool.
  • Working with the PSA Customer Success Manager to ensure we are utilising the tool to its maximum benefit.
  • Overseeing upgrades and support tickets.
  • Ensuring data is up to date and accurate.
  • Becoming a PSA super user.
  • Ensuring our core systems are integrating as expected and managing change of those systems/integration or replacing systems.
  • Managing existing ISOs (27001, 9001, 45003, 14001) and obtaining new ISO accreditations.
  • Identifying and delivering operational improvements including automation.
  • Supporting compliance across the different functional areas (e.g., Client Operations, Legal, HR, Talent Acquisition) including data accuracy, contractual management, IR35.
