- Taking ownership of our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool.
- Working with the PSA Customer Success Manager to ensure we are utilising the tool to its maximum benefit.
- Overseeing upgrades and support tickets.
- Ensuring data is up to date and accurate.
- Becoming a PSA super user.
- Ensuring our core systems are integrating as expected and managing change of those systems/integration or replacing systems.
