Competitive day rates We are looking for an experienced Clojure Software Engineer to join a software development team responsible for a suite of Clojure-based web applications, APIs and supporting services.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on Clojure development, building, enhancing and maintaining robust, scalable software solutions.
The role also includes elements of Dev Ops, deployment and production support, with a strong emphasis on software quality, testing, scalability, security and maintainability.
Strong commercial Clojure experience is essential, ideally alongside experience developing web applications, APIs and full-stack solutions.
Key skills and accountabilities, Proven commercial Clojure development experience.
Strong software engineering background, ideally with functional programming experience.
Experience working in Agile development teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Experience with RESTful APIs and API design.
Familiarity with SPA frameworks and modern web application architecture.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
