This is a newly created founding role where you will act as the vital bridge between the Compliance/Surveillance business and the central AI engineering team. Your mission is to take an existing wishlist of 20 to 25 tangible AI initiatives, design them, and build rough POCs to pitch directly to the Head of Compliance and move into production.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify & Design: Audit the compliance, assurance, and surveillance functions to map out 20+ tangible AI opportunities.
- Rapid Prototyping: Build rough, functional POCs of AI tools to prove value to stakeholders before full scale development.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate compliance issues into technical specs. Challenge requirements so the central AI team builds exactly what is needed.

- Tech BA/PM Background: A strong pedigree in Change management, system design, and technical business analysis.
- Data Literacy: Ability to work with complex, unstructured, and fragmented data architectures.
