Develop the people behind one of the world's most respected technology recruitment brands. We're looking for an outstanding Training Manager to shape the capability of our recruitment consultants, leaders and support teams, helping them become the very best in the industry.

If you're passionate about developing high-performing sales teams, love seeing people succeed, and want to make a visible commercial impact, this could be your next challenge. This isn't a traditional training role.

A globally respected brand with more than 30 years of success and an international network. A business investing in growth, where learning and development sits at the heart of our strategy.

As our Training Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing the capability, confidence and commercial performance of our people. While recruitment and sales excellence will be your primary focus, you'll also shape learning across leadership, professional skills, organisational development and behaviours that underpin high performance.

Working closely with our Head of Talent and senior leaders, you'll design engaging learning experiences, coach individuals and teams, and build programmes that make a measurable difference to business performance. This is a role for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on—equally comfortable designing learning programmes as delivering an energising workshop or coaching a consultant before an important client meeting.

  • Design and deliver engaging learning programmes across recruitment, sales, leadership and professional development.
  • Lead our recruitment and sales training, helping consultants excel across the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coach consultants and leaders through one-to-one coaching, live observations and practical feedback.
  • Create modern learning experiences using face-to-face, virtual and blended learning approaches.
  • Develop engaging learning resources, digital content and facilitator materials.
  • Measure the effectiveness of learning, using data, behavioural change and commercial outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion a high-performance learning culture that supports both individual growth and business success.

You'll bring experience from a recruitment, staffing or professional services environment, alongside a genuine passion for developing people:

  • A successful background in 360 recruitment or recruitment training.
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills that inspire action.
  • A commercial mindset, understanding how learning drives revenue and performance.
  • Experience creating face-to-face, virtual and blended learning experiences.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning design.
  • Experience using learning technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Most importantly, you'll be someone who loves helping people realise their potential and thrives on seeing learning translate into real business results. This is an opportunity to shape the future capability of one of the most recognised brands in technology recruitment. If you believe great businesses are built through great people and you know how to unlock performance, we'd love to hear from you.
