We’re looking for a Triage Specialist II to join a fast-paced Product & Technical Support team, working on complex issues across Ads, Commerce and Creator products.
What you’ll be doing:
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical/product issues
- Work with APIs, logs and data to identify and resolve issues
- Support advertisers and act as a technical point of contact
- Translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholders
- Partner with Engineering, Product and Sales teams
- Identify trends and create scalable SOPs/documentation
- Adapt quickly to new products, features and changing workflows
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years in Digital Advertising, AdTech and/or Technology
- Strong technical troubleshooting and investigation skills
- Experience working with APIs and log interpretation
- Customer/client-facing experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues simply
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
Location: London – hybrid, 2–3 days onsite
Contract: 12 months
Start: ASAP
Working hours: 40 hours/week
