A leading Retail Bank are currently seeking a Technology Programme Director to join them on a permanent basis in London (flexibility to UK wide). The role would be responsible for a large tech transformation function, focused on the businesses retail banking offering. The role requires very strong knowledge of agile methodologies and strong stakeholder management skills.

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to lead and run multi-discipline teams
  • Experienced leading technology strategy, large-scale IT system design and IT Delivery
  • Extensive experience with Agile and DevOps Delivery methodologies
  • Very strong Retail Banking knowledge
  • Excellent record of successful delivery
  • Very strong management and team leadership experience
  • Very strong Stakeholder management skills
  • Previous IT Operations or Change Delivery experience is needed
