A leading Insurance business is currently seeking a DPO to join them on a permanent basis in London. The role requires leadership and stakeholder management skills, alongside expert knowledge of the Data Protection Act and GDPR. Previous experience working as a DPO or Deputy DPO is mandatory.

Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 + Bonus and Benefits Package

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working as a DPO or Deputy DPO in a Financial Services business
  • Data Protection Leadership experience - including oversight of data governance, data quality and data protection
  • Proven track record of managing multiple data ecosystems
  • Expert knowledge of the Data Protection Act and GDPR
  • Deep understanding of FCA Frameworks
  • Strong understanding of the privacy, governance, and accountability requirements relating to AI Systems
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
