A leading client based in London is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering cyber security and risk assignments, including the production of comprehensive documentation and reports, as well as quality assurance of work completed by junior team members. The role involves developing cyber security strategies that are tailored to each client’s unique business circumstances and objectives, guiding them through complex, risk-based decisions. Additionally, the consultant will design cyber security services and architectures to establish robust security frameworks, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of key business and industry trends and assessing their implications for cyber risk management.
Responsibilities and requirements:
- Broad cyber and information security expertise, with specialist knowledge in a key advisory area.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with frameworks (SABSA, TOGAF, NIST CSF).
- Knowledge of cloud services and native security tools.
- Professional certifications (CISSP, SABSA, TOGAF) preferred.
- Skilled at providing strategic, risk, and technical cybersecurity advice.
