Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Project Managers, Engineers, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and wider project teams.
- Review and manage upstream and downstream contracts, identifying risks and negotiating favourable terms.
- Lead commercial delivery across projects.
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure effective cost control and commercial performance.
- Support monthly project review processes, identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies.
- Deliver accurate commercial reporting across individual projects and the wider portfolio.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities alongside finance and operational teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level on infrastructure projects.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC3 Option A contracts.
- Demonstrated expertise in cost control, financial management, and commercial governance.
- Experience supporting or leading dispute resolution processes.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead on commercial strategy within complex project environments.
