A leading global financial services organisation is looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Wealth Marketing function on a long-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong social media operations experience—ideally within a regulated environment to contribute to a high-profile digital transformation and content programme.

The Role

  • Support the digital and social media activity across corporate and advisor channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
  • Manage and maintain social media profiles across key channels (primarily LinkedIn).
  • Schedule, publish, and optimise posts using platforms such as Sprinklr.
  • Monitor social channels for brand mentions, trends, and potential risks.
  • Support the delivery of social media campaigns—content coordination, drafting, and scheduling.
  • Ensure all content meets brand, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Upload and organise digital assets using AEM, Seismic, or similar content libraries.
  • Prepare performance reports and analyse key metrics (KPIs).
  • Work closely with governance teams to ensure full alignment with social media policies.
  • Maintain and improve operational procedures for social media workflow.
  • Stay on top of emerging digital and social trends relevant to financial services.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 2+ years in digital marketing or social media roles.
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries (preferred).
  • Strong experience with Sprinklr, Hearsay/Yext, AEM, Seismic, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of compliance-led content operations.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting multi-stakeholder content workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Analytical thinker, able to interpret metrics and contribute to optimisation.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organisational skills.
