The Role

As a BDM, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and strengthening our position as a trusted partner in the digital transformation landscape. The BDM is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and promoting our digital solutions and services to meet those needs.

  • Proven experience in business development or sales with a strong background in digital transformation technologies or IT solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
  • Results orientated mindset
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Digital Transformation – Focusing on Microsoft Technology Stack

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and target potential clients within the UK and international markets.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine and adapt strategies.
  • Proactively generate leads, conduct client meetings, and present tailored digital transformation solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing continuous support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of digital transformation technologies and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Manage and prioritise a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth objectives.
