Experience of creating, managing and executing a change and engagement plan working in a complex and fast moving delivery environment.

Experience of creating, editing and reviewing communication/training materials with stakeholders to ensure alignment of key messaging.

Experience with Service Now or any similar tools.

Experience of working within an IT delivery environment, through coaching and support ensure that delivery leads communicate through the agreed frameworks to the wider business and that communications are non-technical and support delivery success.

Experience of working in a large team of business change and engagement professionals ensuring alignment to delivery requirements.

Strong stakeholder and communication management skills.
